Agile Great – Money Return Policy

At Agile Great, we are committed to delivering high-quality, transformative training experiences. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a training program you've enrolled in, we offer a transparent money return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Full Refund:

If cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the start of the training program.

If the training is canceled by Agile Great due to unforeseen circumstances.

Partial Refund (50%):

If cancellation is requested within 13 days before the program start date.

No Refund:

If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the start of the program.

If you fail to attend the session without prior notice (no-show).

For self-paced or digital learning programs after access has been granted.

2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email agilegreat@gmail.com with:

Name of the program

Date of registration

Reason for cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original method of payment.

3. Transfer Policy
Instead of a refund, you may opt to:

Transfer your seat to another participant (at no extra cost).

Reschedule to a future batch of the same program (subject to availability)

4. Special Considerations
Agile Great may, at its discretion, consider full or partial refunds beyond the stated policy in cases of:

Verified medical emergencies

Natural disasters or force majeure

Organizational bulk bookings with prior agreement
