Agile Great – Money Return Policy

At Agile Great, we are committed to delivering high-quality, transformative training experiences. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a training program you've enrolled in, we offer a transparent money return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund:

    • If cancellation is requested at least  14 days before the start of the training program.

    • If the training is canceled by Agile Great due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Partial Refund (50%):

    • If cancellation is requested within 13 days before the program start date.

  • No Refund:

    • If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the start of the program.

    • If you fail to attend the session without prior notice (no-show).

    • For self-paced or digital learning programs after access has been granted.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email agilegreat@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Name of the program

  • Date of registration

  • Reason for cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original method of payment.

3. Transfer Policy

Instead of a refund, you may opt to:

  • Transfer your seat to another participant (at no extra cost).

  • Reschedule to a future batch of the same program (subject to availability)

4. Special Considerations

Agile Great may, at its discretion, consider full or partial refunds beyond the stated policy in cases of:

  • Verified medical emergencies

  • Natural disasters or force majeure

  • Organizational bulk bookings with prior agreement
