About the Session

The year’s most honest conversation about goal-setting at scale.

Most OKR conferences show you the highlight reel. This one is built around the second quarter — the point where the novelty has worn off, the scoring is getting gamed, and someone senior is quietly asking whether the whole thing was worth it.

Across a single day you will hear from organisations who came through that window and from those who didn’t, with the specifics left in: what broke, what it cost, and what they would do differently.

The afternoon splits into practitioner clinics — small-group sessions where you bring your own programme and work on it with a facilitator and a handful of peers facing the same problem.

What You Leave With

What You Take Back to the Office

  • A benchmark for where your OKR programme sits against organisations at a similar stage.
  • The anti-patterns that most reliably kill a rollout in quarters two and three.
  • A working session on your own programme in an afternoon practitioner clinic.
  • Scoring and review templates from organisations running OKRs at 1,000+ people.
  • Direct contact with practitioners facing the same problem in the same market.
  • Full recordings and the complete slide library for every session on the day.

Before You Book

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I attend online instead?

Yes. The livestream carries every keynote and panel, and online delegates join a dedicated virtual clinic in the afternoon. The livestream ticket is priced at LKR 12,000.

Do I pick my clinic in advance?

You do. Clinic selection opens four weeks before the summit and places are allocated in registration order, so earlier registrations get first choice.

Are there group rates?

Yes — 15% from five delegates and 25% from ten. Most organisations send a cross-functional group rather than one person, which makes the clinics considerably more productive.

Will sessions be recorded?

All keynotes and panels are recorded and shared with every delegate within a week. Clinics are not recorded, so participants can speak freely about their own programmes.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual. It is a working conference, not a gala.
