About the Session

Most strategies don’t fail on the page. They fail on the calendar.

Nearly every leadership team we meet has a strategy they believe in. What they don’t have is a reliable weekly mechanism for turning it into decisions, sequencing and visible progress. Six weeks after the offsite, the deck is filed and the organisation is back to running on urgency.

This masterclass is a single working day on that gap. You bring a live strategic goal — not a case study — and leave having cascaded it, designed the check-in that will carry it, and written the first ninety days of rollout with dates against your own name.

It is deliberately small. Forty seats, most of them filled by people who will be in the room with their own leadership peers, so the work done on the day survives the drive home.

What You Leave With

Six Things, All of Them Usable

  • A cascade map linking your corporate strategy to the objectives of at least two of your teams.
  • A weekly check-in agenda and scoring rubric you can run the Monday after the session.
  • A diagnostic read on which of the four stall patterns is currently costing you the most.
  • The escalation and decision-rights model that stops blockers sitting untouched for a quarter.
  • A 90-day rollout plan with dates, owners and a named executive sponsor.
  • Thirty days of post-session access to a follow-up clinic for questions as you deploy.

Before You Book

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior OKR or Agile experience?

No. The session assumes you run a team and carry goals — nothing more. Participants who already run OKRs get the most from the cadence and scoring modules; those starting fresh get a clean rollout plan.

Can I send several people from the same organisation?

Yes, and we recommend it. Teams of three or more attending together consistently get further, because the cascade exercise becomes real rather than hypothetical. Group rates apply from three seats.

What is included in the fee?

The full day of facilitation, all workbooks and digital templates, lunch and refreshments, a certificate of completion, and thirty days of access to the post-session follow-up clinic.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days you can transfer your seat to a colleague or move it to the next scheduled date at no charge.

Will there be a recording?

This is an in-person working session and is not recorded. Participants receive the full slide deck and every template used on the day.

Can this be run privately for our leadership team?

Yes. Most of our delivery is in-house and tailored to a single organisation’s strategy, language and operating calendar. Use the enquiry form below and we will send a proposal.
