About the Session

Hybrid didn’t break your team. The missing rituals did.

Three years in, most organisations have settled their hybrid policy and quietly accepted a tax they never budgeted for: decisions taking longer, context arriving late, and the people in the room having a different understanding of the week than the people at home.

This session skips the debate about days in the office. It goes straight to the coordination mechanics — what information has to be written down, which meetings genuinely need everyone, and how a team keeps a shared picture without living in a video call.

Ninety minutes, live, with the last twenty given over to questions from the room. The recording and the ritual templates go to everyone who registers, whether or not you make it on the day.

What You Leave With

What You Get From Ninety Minutes

  • A named diagnosis of where your team is actually losing time to coordination.
  • The four rituals that do most of the work in keeping a split team aligned.
  • A written-first operating standard you can adopt without new tooling.
  • Meeting-audit criteria for deciding which sessions genuinely need everyone live.
  • Templates for async updates, decision logs and weekly team notes.
  • The recording and full slide deck, sent to every registrant.
